Chipotle Baked Haddock Fillets

Ingredients:
2 pound(s) fresh haddock fillets
1 bottle(s) red bone alley smokey chipotle aioli
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs /“ seasoned with 1/„4 tsp. salt, 1/„4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
1. Brush the haddock fillets with 1 to 2 ounces of Red Bone Alley Smokey Chipotle Aioli.
2. Place fillets skin side down on a flat baking sheet.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for approx 8-10 minutes.
4. Remove the haddock fillets from the oven and spoon remaining Aioli over the fillets.
5. Serve piping hot and enjoy.
6. * This recipe may be grilled as well following the same process above.
