Chinese Clams Stir Fry With Basil

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of clams
  • 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 piece of ginger, sliced
  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • lot's of basil

Directions:

  1. With alittle oil saute ginger, garlic and chilli
  2. Add clams, stir, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar cover for 3 minutes, stir
  3. Add salt and pepper, keep stirring until most of the clams open,
  4. Add basil, stir, turn off heat
  5. Serve
  6. Ps: it is important not to over cook the clams
