Chinese clams stir fry, you never know how good it is until you try
Ingredients:
500 grams of clams
5 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 piece of ginger, sliced
1 chilli, sliced
pinch of salt & pepper
2 tbs of soy sauce
2 tbs of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of chinese black vinegar
lot's of basil
Directions:
1. With alittle oil saute ginger, garlic and chilli
2. add clams, stir, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar cover for 3 minutes, stir
3. add salt and pepper, keep stirring until most of the clams open,
4. add basil, stir, turn off heat
5. serve
6. ps: it is important not to over cook the clams
