Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet medium heat and thaw frozen green beans and peas for a couple minutes.take out into bowl
  2. Add oil to pan add fry cubed tofu until fried on all sides...take out into bowl
  3. Add more oil if needed...fry carrots...2 minutes
  4. Add onions....once slightly golden
  5. Add slivered almonds
  6. Add ginger
  7. Add garlic
  8. Add green beans and tofu
  9. Add chilli powder
  10. Add 2 eggs and stir into mix
  11. Add soy sauce to suit taste
