Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 jar plum jelly
  • 1/3 cup. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 lbs. spareribs or chicken

Directions:

  1. Heat minced garlic,jelly,corn syrup,soy sauce,onion and ginger in pan over low heat until jelly melts and mixes with other ingredients..
  2. Pour over meat ,cover and marinate 3 hours.
  3. Barbecue,basting for 45 mins
