Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak all bamboo skewers in warm water for at least 20 minutes
  2. *Shrimp Skewers*
  3. Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
  4. Stick 2 shrimps on each soaked bamboo skewer and grill for about 2 minutes on each side, untill orange.
  5. Do not overcook!!!
  6. *Chicken Satay*
  7. Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
  8. Skewer each chicken strip lenghtwise with a soaked bamboo Skewer and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, untill thuroughly cooked
  9. *Tempeh Kebabs*
  10. Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
  11. Skewer each tempeh strip lenghtwise with a soaked bamboo Skewer and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, untill thuroughly cooked
  12. *Dipping Sauce*
  13. Combine all ingredients, emulsify and place in a bowl
  14. *Lettuce Wraps*
  15. Carefully remove chicken, shrimp, and tempeh from skewers and lay out on a platter
  16. Lay out all other vegetables on a large platter with the bowl of dipping sauce in the middle
  17. To Construct:
  18. Take a lettuce leaf and place meat of choice along with vegetables inside the leaf and wrap the leaf around them
  19. Dip in sauce
  20. Enjoy!
