Chicken Vegetable And Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • tsp. of garlic
  • 4cups of cooked rice. you can use pasta in stead of rice if you wish.
  • 1 cooked and boned chicken
  • 2 stocks of celery
  • 2 cups of mixed peas and carrots
  • 1finely chopped batch of green onions
  • 1 package of chopped spinach
  • 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp of dryed parsley
  • pepper -add as much as you would like

Directions:

  1. Boil the chicken the night before and bone then boil the rice the night before and place chicken and rice in frig. over night.
  2. Take the chicken and rice out of the frig and place in a bowl. then add other ingredients and mix well. make sure you mix half of the cheese in with the other ingredients in the mixing bowl . pour the cream of mushroom soup into mixture and mix well again. then place into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. bake for 1 hr. at 350* degrees.
