Chicken Ramen Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions reserving flavor packets for dressing
  2. Drain and cool noodles
  3. Cut noodles into bite size pieces
  4. In a large bowl combine the spinach, cooked chicken, grapes, diced red pepper, cashews, cheese and noodles
  5. In a small bowl combine flavor packets, garlic, and lemon juice
  6. Let stand for 15 minutes
  7. Add oil and mayonnaise and wisk until smooth
  8. Pour dressing over salad toss to mix well
  9. Granish with red pepper rings
