Chicken, Potato and Cauliflower Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 284 g onion
  • 239 g potato
  • 1 1/4 tbsp curry paste

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil, fry the onions and chicken.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the potatos and cauliflower.
  3. Add to the chicken and onions, with a little water and curry paste.
  4. Add the yoghurt, stir and serve over rice or with naan bread.
