Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
336 g chicken breast
120 g plain yogurt
284 g onion
239 g potato
343 g cauliflower
1 1/4 tbsp curry paste
Directions:
1. heat the olive oil, fry the onions and chicken.
2. Meanwhile, boil the potatos and cauliflower.
3. Add to the chicken and onions, with a little water and curry paste.
4. Add the yoghurt, stir and serve over rice or with naan bread.
