Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (17 oz)
  • 1 tbsp of capers
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan
  2. Saute onions
  3. Remove onions from pan
  4. Flour chicken breast cutlets
  5. Remove Chicken from pan
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add White wine
  8. Allow to cook down
  9. Add Chicken and Onions
  10. Add Capers
  11. Add salt to taste
