Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook mushrooms and onion in 2 T butter till soft.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Add broth and wine simmer and reduce by half.
  6. Return chicken and mushrooms.
  7. Serve.
