Yummy Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 lb chicken
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3 -4 shallots
  • 1 tsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Coat Chicken lightly in flour.
  2. Melt butter in skillet.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Chop up 3-4 Shallots.
  5. When you turn the chicken add the shallots and garlic to the tops of the chicken.
  6. When chicken is done add Marsala wine cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
