Chicken Fajitas - Crock Pot

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts , cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 green peppers , cut into 1 inch strips
  • 2 red peppers , cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 1/2 cups salsa

Directions:

  1. Mix fajita seasoning mix and flour in large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  2. Add coated chicken and remaining ingredients into crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, guacomole, and sour cream.
