Directions:

  1. Peel and boil potatoes (add salt to water to ensure they do not break)
  2. Quickly fry chicken until outside is white.
  3. Chop mushrooms, peppers and spread on top of chicken breast.
  4. Cover with cheese.
  5. Wrap in foil and bake for 45 mins
