Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop Onion, Peppers, mushrooms and garlic.
  2. Heat in a small amount of water and add vegetables, stock cube, dried herbs, tomato puree and a good shake of Worcester sauce,
  3. Meanwhile pour boiling water over dried soya mince and leave to stand for ten minutes.
  4. After ten minutes add soya mince to vegetables and the canned tomatoes.
  5. Cook on a low heat for about an hour before serving with pasta of choice.
