Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Combine coconut, flour and salt.
  3. Stir in vanilla and milk.
  4. Drop from a tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
