Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. *Don't dilute applejuice.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease cookie sheets.
  3. In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar until well blended. Add apple juice concentrate, egg whites, and vanilla; beat well.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, & cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mix. until a soft dough forms. Stir in cranberries (and walnuts if using) .
  5. Drop by level tablespoons onto cookie sheets-1 inch apart-bake for 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack.
  6. Enjoy with a glass of low fat milk or hot chocolate!
