Cheesy Breakfast Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown and drain sausage. Spread evenly over botton of 2 quart casserole. Arrange tater tots evenly over sausage mixture.
  3. In small bowl mix soup, milk and desired seasonings until smooth. Pour over tater tots. Gently pour beaten eggs over cheese soup mizture. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  4. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
