Chambord And Amaretto Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 3 3/8 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/4 cup chambord liqueur
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  1. Mix pudding and milk on low speed of electric mixer until blended. Continue mixing until smooth and creamy, about two minutes.
  2. Divide into 2 bowls.
  3. Add Chambord liqueur to one bowl and Amaretto liqueur to the second bowl.
  4. Fold 1 cup whipped topping into each bowl.
  5. Chill until serving time.
  6. Serve with ladyfinger toast and fresh fruit.
