Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Press the mashed avocado into the botton of a 8 or 9 pyrex pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped onion over the avocado.
  3. Combine the egg and Mayo.
  4. Place gently over the onion.
  5. Spoon the Caviar very gently on top.
  6. Chill& serve with crisp sesame seed crackers or or small pumpernickel rounds.
