Garden Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can very young early garden peas
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 -3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • pimiento, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Drain the peas.
  2. Boil the eggs and chop.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add pimento if desired.
