Cauliflower With Curried Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the whole cauliflower on medium flame in a pan and pour 2 glasses of water on top of it.
  2. Cover the pan and allow to boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Uncover the pan.
  4. Place the cauliflower on a plate.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add cumin seeds. Allow to splutter.
  7. Once they stop spluttering, add ginger paste and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Fold in the mashed tomatoes.
  9. Stir-fry for 15 minutes on low flame.
  10. Add cumin powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  11. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Pour tomato paste(puree) over the cauliflower.
  13. Serve garnished with corriander leaves.
  14. Enjoy!
