Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add lemon juice, herbs, black pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Continue to cook for several minutes on low heat till herbs soften.
  4. Heat a large cast-iron skillet to high.
  5. Coat both sides of the cutlets well with the butter mixture.
  6. Cook cutlets in cast iron for several minutes on each side.
  7. When done, the will be black on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
