Butterfly chicken with lemon rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1 package chicken
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small red onion , cut into slices

Directions:

  1. Put chicken pieces in a freezer bag.
  2. Add some olive oil.
  3. Squeeze half of a lemon in the bag then cut up and leave in bag add red onion.
  4. Add rosemary.
  5. Shake the bag reallllly well to get all the flavors mixed up and leave in fridge for 24 hours.
  6. Place in shallow baking dish and bake as directed for chicken.
