Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cabbage, carrot, pineapple, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and chill.
  2. Mix ground chuck, garlic and onion mix, salt, pepper, egg and catsup and form into 4 burgers and chill.
  3. In a large skillet over a medium heat brush the buns with butter and lightly toasted the buns and set aside until needed.
  4. Place the skillet over a medium hot heat and pan fry the burger patty and place on top of the bottom toasted bun and top with cook burger, swiss cheese and top with slaw mixture and top off with the top half of the bun and serve.
