Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.
  2. To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2/3 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.
  3. Mix the salad with the dressing and add feta cheese and stir well.
  4. Dunk chicken into the egg mixture, then into the flour mix, then back into the egg and again into the flour mix. Set the dipped pieces on a plate. Once all the pieces are dipped, set the plate in the fridge for 10 minutes. Heat oil to 375 degrees,cook all the chicken. Put all the chicken in a container with a lid.
  5. In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the hot sauce and unsalted butter together. Microwave for 40 seconds,until the butter is melted.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and shake to coat chicken with the sauce. Place the chicken wings on top of the salad.
