Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. Boil broccoli, onion and red pepper until slightly cooked on high heat
  3. Add ground pepper and salt, to taste
  4. Reduce heat and pour in cream of celery soup, cheddar cheese, jalapeños (if using) and milk and mix well
  5. Mix in cooked rice and stir everything together
  6. Pour mix into a baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan and basil on top
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot
