Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small bunch broccoli
  • 1 small bunch cauliflower
  • 1/2 1 b. bacon
  • 1 small bag frozen peas thawed
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup mayo

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, let cool, crumble.
  2. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  3. Toss together all ingredients, I like 1 cup of each ranch and mayo but you might like less.
  4. Eat!!! (even better when it sits in the fridge overnight!)
