Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C
  2. Combine the flours, baking powder and soda and salt in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the butter with the sugar. mix in the fruit (whatever you're using), add the egg and vanilla.
  4. Add in the flour mixture and stir till well combined.
  5. Add in the nuts and dried fruit (if you're using them) and the oats and oatmeal. (mixture may be very stiff)
  6. Place tablespoon-fuls of the dough onto lined baking trays and bake for about 14 minutes.
