Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 casserole.
  2. Brown sausage, garlic & onion in skillet.
  3. Drain & blot dry on paper towel.
  4. Mix eggs, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper until fluffy.
  5. Mix in cheese & sausage mix.
  6. Press crescent roll in bottom of casserole in one piece.
  7. Pour mixture on top of crescent roll.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until set and golden.
