Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs cabbage, cut in 1 inch wedges
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup beef stock

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, cabbage and seasonings in oil, just until it loses it's crispiness.
  2. Add beef stock.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
