Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut meat into bite size pieces.
  2. Heat oil in wok or frying pan.
  3. Add meat, cook until browned.
  4. Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are soft.
  5. Add tomato paste and stir until everything is coated nicely.
  6. Add coffee and stir until dark shiny brown color develops.
  7. Pour in Coke and add cumin seeds.
  8. Cover and simmer ten minutes.
