Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp splenda
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  3. Cook at 400 C for 25 minutes
