Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and br sugar. Add molasses and eggs
  2. Mix in milk then add bran
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and soda and salt
  4. Fold in until mixture is just barely mixed. Add fresh blueberries.
  5. Put into papered muffin tin and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
