Blue Cheese Steak Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/4 lb blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives

Directions:

  1. Over low heat melt butter.
  2. Add shredded blue cheese stirring constantly. do not boil.
  3. When cheese is almost smooth add chives.
  4. Continue to simmer on low heat till smooth.
