  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, yoghurt, milk, currants, and almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the apple and strawberries, reserving some as a garnish.
  3. Serve cold, with extra milk stirred through.
