Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup skim milk , for topping as well

Directions:

  1. Mix first three ingredients together in a pot and cook until thick.
  2. Place in a bowl and top with honey and skim milk.
