Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp savory

Directions:

  1. Mix all together and marinate chicken breasts 3-4 hours or overnight if possible.
  2. Grill or roast as desired.
