Hungarian Onion Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Make sure that the water is at room temperature.
  2. I usually have the ingredients all ready to go so the water is at the right temperature and doesn't cool off too much.
  3. Place the ingredients in the order given in the bread machine directions.
  4. Enjoy!
