Directions:

  1. Sauté onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon rind and juice , and garlic; stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove from heat; add beer, stirring well. Use sauce to baste pork during barbecue procedure.
