Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 6 oz of beer (any type )
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 425 degrees
  2. Mix together bisquick, beer, sugar and salt until well blended.
  3. Spoon in to a greased muffin tin 3/4 full
  4. Bake 20 minutes
