Bisquick Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine (not melted)
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix streusel ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly.
  3. Set aside (if your kitchen is hot, set it in the fridge).
  4. Mix cake ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into 9 greased cake pan.
  6. Sprinkle streusel crumbs over the top of the cake.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
