Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer or 1 (12 oz) can water
  • worcestershire sauce (add until batter turns brown)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients well. Slice onions, dip in batter and fry.
