Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. flour
  • 1 cup. oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 medium. bananas
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1/4 cup. oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mash bananas. Add milk, oil and egg.
  4. Mix banana mixture and dry ingredients just until moist.
  5. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
