Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs - cubed beef for stew
  • 1- 1.5 oz packet of beef stew mix
  • 30 oz. of cubed potatos
  • 1- can of green beans
  • 2- cans of lima beans
  • 1- large white onion
  • 2.5 cups of water

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in 2 tablespoons of butter. With diced onion
  2. Let cook for about 20 mins.
  3. Add all vetetables.
  4. Reduce heat to Med./Med. Hi
  5. Cook for about 40 mins. covered.
  6. If you dont like some of the vetetables cut them out of the recipe, and add others you like.
