Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp accent
  • 1 1/4 lb flank steak

Directions:

  1. Cut steak into strips about 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide as thick as desired. put steak strips into glass dish mix all other ingredients pour over meat. marinate at least 4 hours stirring occasionally . remove from marinade and drain on paper towels. bake on cookie sheet until dry 4-8 hours in oven at 175 degree temp.
