Ingredients:

  1. Take a bowl add boil potatoes mash them add all potatoes ball ingredients.
  2. With greased hands, make small balls.
  3. Make a thick batter with of besan, soda salt water and add heat oil(2 tsp) mix well,make thick batter a coating consistency.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. To check the correct temperature, drop a tiny amount of batter into hot oil, it should fizz and rise to the surface quickly.
  5. Each balls dip it into the batter and drop gently into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with your favourite sauces or chutneys
  7. Note: remove the skin of potato before mash.
