Ingredients:

  • 3 cups lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 medium cucumber
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Directions:

  1. Salad: cut all vegetables and toss together in a bowl. crumble feta on top.
  2. Dressing: whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano together. drizzle lightly over salad.
