because i'm too lazy to input all the ingredients of a basic salad every time i have one.
Ingredients:
3 cups lettuce
1 medium tomato
1/4 medium cucumber
1 oz feta cheese
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Directions:
1. salad: cut all vegetables and toss together in a bowl. crumble feta on top.
2. dressing: whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano together. drizzle lightly over salad.
